The Rolux RL-PD100 D-Tap to USB-C Bi-Directional Charging Adapter is designed for modern production workflows that demand flexibility and efficiency. By supporting both charging and discharging between D-Tap batteries and USB-C devices, it simplifies power management on set and reduces the need for multiple adapters.
USB-C to D-Tap Charging
When used in charging mode, the RL-PD100 allows a USB-C power source to charge D-Tap batteries with precision and stability. It delivers up to 45W charging power at the D-Tap output, with a no-load voltage of 16.8V ±0.1V, ensuring controlled and reliable charging. With over 91% charging efficiency, energy loss is minimized while maintaining a surface temperature below 50°C for safe operation.
D-Tap to USB-C Power Delivery
In discharge mode, the adapter converts power from a D-Tap battery to USB-C, making it easy to run or charge cameras, laptops, monitors, and other USB-C devices directly from your professional battery system. Supporting a D-Tap input voltage range of 12–17V, it delivers up to 100W of USB-C output power with greater than 91% efficiency, providing fast and stable power even for high-demand devices. During discharge, the surface temperature remains controlled at under 60°C.
High Efficiency, Safe Design
With high conversion efficiency in both directions, the RL-PD100 helps extend battery runtime while reducing heat buildup. Its thermal control design ensures safe and reliable performance during long shooting days and intensive power use.
Ideal for Streamlined Power Setups
By combining charging and discharging functions in a single compact adapter, the Rolux RL-PD100 is perfect for filmmakers, photographers, and technicians who want a cleaner, more versatile power solution on set or on the move.
